15 Ways to Use Cucumbers #2


Here I have some English cucumber, romaine lettuce and sunflower sprouts.  Yeah..Cucumbers!

This made a delicious green salad for dinner. 

So, eat up, greens..lovely, greens.  Merry greening, Mary

  2. yum...the salad looks great!! we have so many cucumbers in our garden in the summer..but with salt and vinegar....we eat them everyday and no one gets tired of them!

  9. Hi Mary, you've made that plate of greens look absolutely delicious!
    I love cucumbers chopped and added in at the very last minute to stir fries - sort of gives a cool, crisp crunch to the dish!
