Awe Eggs!



Here is my recipe for today: 

3 cage free eggs
2 Tbs. water
salt
1-3 leaves basil, chopped
Beat well.

Cook.
Serve with fresh pico de gallo

    OK, I am making eggs TOO! Here is my recipe:

    EGG WHITES (six)
    Sautéed garlic in olive oil.
    Cook.
    Top with sautéed spinach and mushrooms....YUMMOLA!

  11. The basil sounds like a good flavor to add to eggs. We had what we call 'breakfast supper' last night...scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, sausage and bagels. It sure was good!

  15. sometimes it's the little "pinches" of something that make eggs extra special. i love sliced tomatoes with eggs!!
