What Paddles

in water but does not have webbed feet?      

 ME!  
(I paddle but my feet look very normal.)

This is not my water aerobics group, but it looks very much the same as mine.  

I'm off to water A this morning, sending my post out to the world on automatic. 

What kind of exercise do you do?

How often?

Do you love it?  tolerate it?  loath it?  

Who goes with you, or are you a lone "arranger" of you exercise time?

I wear a swim suit of dubious distinction, a sun hat and sunglasses.  More work zone attire than fun swim wear...but I love it.  I see the sky and clouds and beautiful Rocky Mountains while I paddle.

  2. I am a walker although I have done water aerobics and enjoyed it we just don't have easy access to a pool.

  3. I think your water exercises would be fun. I hop on my old treadmill which is outside on the verandah ... I look down into my garden as I exercise. By far my most enjoyable exercise is gardening though. I vary the jobs so that I get a good 'workout' :D)

  6. That looks like fun! We have a pool we can walk to that has exercise classes but I haven't been yet. I walk or ride my bike almost every day! I love to exercise!

  7. I ride my bike - stationary one - five times a week. And we have a neighborhood pool to splash around in - so I am very lucky here! sandie

    Water aerobics is a great exercise - I work out five days a week - have aerobic tapes that I just do in the bedroom and do lots of walking and cycling.

  9. I've always wanted to take a water aerobics class, but never had. I LOVE to swim though and am so excited to take my little one to a class next week.

    Oh, and I like walking with M in the stroller too. It's way more fun with him than by myself. :)

  10. I like to cycle and walk and do it as much as possible, but the weather has been too bad for it. I find the gym boring but if there is a nice pool I'll sometimes go and swim around for a bit.

  11. water aerobics is big time here..and that could be a picture of the class here too!!
    I do yoga and step and the EFX and bikes at the gym....I actually LIKE to exercise!
