Friday Favorites

#1  I met many new bloggers this week, one of which introduced me to link to:   Flower Art Friday
                                                                  

#2 My little tomato plants now have little green tomatoes on them, and the heat has not killed them!

#3 I remembered to hear my alarm clock at 5 AM, to awake and drive my friend to the airport.

#4 I had a wonderful time going to lunch with my cousin Mary  (I know, we each use middle names.)


#5 I met with my class reunion committee...hahahahha...boy have they all become old.

  3. Funny how those readers stay in our mind, it shows how much things stick with kids. Although they are often are full of a sense of wonder. I can imagine in real life a mother telling her kids NOT to stand on the edge of that cliff! :)

  28. ....the aging process through our eyes shows just how we must look to our classmates of long time ago. LOL I have found through my father's avid gardening expertise that tomatoes tend to thrive in heat as long as they're watered regularly at the root. Great post....Oh, and loved your beets in the post below this...they made me drool...I LOVE pickled beets.
