Whewwww!

Temperature dropping is not my favorite part of the year.

For a few days now, the tempertures have been very low...as it seem, all of a sudden.

Today,  the weather report from the net says:

There you have it...the 3 S's of cold weather.
Hummmmm there could be more things to do, but for now...that's my story and I'm sticking with it.

  5. A perfect recipe for a cold day! I wish we were that cold, but we're only in the 60s today. It's better than 85 though!

  6. Our temperatures have suddenly dropped here and I do not approve! Not that mom nature cares a bit for my opinion.

  7. Wow, it gets cold there quick huh? It is much too hot here in southeastern North Cackalacky for my likin', so we always visit the snow somewhere in the winter time.

  14. I've had the worst dilemma since I did laundry. I washed my wool slippers. I've had to make due with just socks. The horror!

  15. Those socks look so cozy! What about s for scarves? C for cocoa, cardigans, coats, and chicken pot pie? T for tea, turkey, turtlenecks and tomato soup?

  16. Agreed - nothing cozier than a big sweater, wool socks and some warming soup!

  17. Good morning Mary!

I am sitting here lucky to have power in my home, reading about our friends on the east coast suffering power outages and other disastrous events due to the storm. I hope you are well, but I suspect you are in the same area of your sister, so you should be safe.

Thank you for visiting and your kind message; yes, I love to create as much of a gentle world as possible on my blog; we need an uplifting place from time to time!

BE WELL and I hope you enjoy the remains of fall! Anita
