Delicate Arch

Yesterday's post for Wordless Wednesday is a photo from where my dd is standing...below Delicate Arch is a deep bowl...
Your can only see part of the arch where dd is standing.

Longer view below...no person for scale, sorry.

Here with highlight effect...original was taken at dusk.

We had a lovely visit...and we hiked...I hiked!  It is only 3 or 4 miles from the parking area, but... Ugggh.... went home and crashed.

It is a very pretty place.

Where is your favorite place to walk or hike?
What is your best kind of exercise?

Merry hiking, Mary

  3. That is a beautiful arch! Glad you had a nice day for hiking. I love to be out in the woods, finding birds or insects to photograph. But I'd take this area as well. :)
